GREECE: Mykonos has long enjoyed its worldwide reputation as a gay vacation hotspot. Much more so than other places I’ve written about, such as Sitges or Gran Canaria – probably only rivaling Amsterdam in terms of reputation.
UKRAINE: Sarah learned about the situation of the LGBTQ+ community in the Eastern European country at an online event organized specifically for activists and journalists.
SWEDEN: Is there a gay bar in Malmö, you might ask? Yes, of course there is! The gay couple operated Red Shoe Bar is located in the city center of Malmö and has big plans for World Pride 2021!
SWEDEN: During our second trip to Malmö, we explored the sustainable and environmental friendly side of the south Swedish city on the Baltic Seashore for World Pride 2021.
SWEDEN: Get ready for World Pride 2021! Malmö will be co-hosting the biggest LGBTQ+ celebration the city has ever seen.
ITALY: Having gotten fatigues of my usual escapes to Sitges, Gran Canaria, and the like, I planned to visit the Italian island Sicily.
SWEDEN: Is there a gay sauna in Malmö, you might ask? Not exactly. Although many of the local gays consider the Ribersborgs Kallbadhus is THE gay hotspot of the Swedish city.
SPAIN: Sitges tends not to be on everyone’s radar, which is why mentioning it to the uninitiated usually draws befuddled looks. For many gay men, however, the name Sitges evokes images of sun, sea, and… intimate encounters.
AUSTRIA: During our last we could rediscover our love for the city of Salzburg, meet old friends from our first trip and get to know a few entirely new sides of the Austrian Sound of Music City.
NETHERLANDS: The story of lesbian couple Diana and Roksana from Poland, who left their home country to get married in the UK and to live a life in peace and love in the Netherlands.
GERMANY: Adventurous and curious as we are, we explored the heart of Munich while learning about the queer stories starting with Freddie Mercury, the Deutsche Eiche, and the gayborhood Glockenbackviertel.
GERMANY: Back to the roots! It always feels like a journey back in time when we are visiting Karl’s family in Eastern Germany. Not only because of the baroque beauty of Dresden’s architectural monuments.
ICELAND: Us both nature lovers going with a 4×4 Land Cruiser, a tent and all necessary equipment on a discovery trip. Huge waterfalls, a walk between the American and European tectonic plates the world-famous Geyser left us simply speechless.
SWEDEN: We are excited that StockholmLGBT invited us back to Gay Stockholm in the near future and shared with us some exciting gay travel news about Stockholm.
SPAIN: Rather than being confined to a small area, cruising in Gran Canaria can take many forms from sandy beaches with towering dunes and its gay focussed businesses including bars, clubs, and hotels.

ICELAND: We spent some relaxed days in the Nordic capital of Iceland, Reykjavik enjoying the thrill of anticipation before the back-to-basic camping road trip actually starts.
GERMANY: Torsten and Sascha, the gay couple chefs behind the food blog “Die Jungs kochen und backen” (engl.: “The guys cook and bake”), love to spend time together in the kitchen.

ESTONIA: From Soviet Suppression to Powerful Diversity in 2017, or, why do we still need a Baltic Gay Pride Parade in Europe? If you are really thinking that is an appropriate question in 2017, you are right, at least in the first place.
Do you still remember MySpace? Well, for some of today’s longterm relationships it was the place to meet likeminded people long before dating apps and even Facebook. It also was the place where the lovely girls from ‘What Wegan did next’ meet each other many years ago. Whitney, a lovely girl from the US-State Kentucky, and Megan from the United Kingdom are a lesbian couple and LGBT entrepreneurs living together with their cute little dogs in Windsor, the UK.
NETHERLANDS: We have mentioned it a few times already when talking about our favorite LGBT and gay-friendly places to go in Amsterdam. There is one gay bar we love most.
AUSTRIA: It will be our 4th time to visit the Pink Lake Festival in 2021 in Austria, the one and only LGBTQ+ summer event at Lake Wörthersee.
NETHERLANDS: It was in summer 2018 during our trip to Berlin for Gay Pride when we first met Roxanne and Maartje, lesbian couple bloggers from the Netherlands.
GERMANY: Our Gay Couple Travel Hamburg Germany – The Hanseatic city in the Northern part of Germany was high on our gay travel’s bucket list already for a while. And so we were happy to take the opportunity to visit Hamburg for three days in early summer.
SPAIN: As one of the last Gay Pride Event of the European Pride Agenda, the colorful LGBTQ+ festival takes place at the beginning of September at the Spanish Costa Blanca.
WORLDWIDE: Also this year, the visit to Gay Pride Parades and CSD Events all over the world was at the top of our Gay Travel Bucket List.
The Pyjama Park Hotel Hamburg Reeperbahn – is an accommodation with best value for the money for a stay in Hamburg. The German city Hamburg, in particular, the Reeperbahn in St. Pauli, is well known for its nightlife. Loads of bars, clubs, and restaurants next to each other creating an atmosphere until late in the night. Our Hotel, the Pyjama Park Hotel, was located right in the beginning of the Reeperbahn in an old town building above the Pyjama Bar.
A Gay Couple City Weekend Rotterdam: Rotterdam, a city of water, wind, art, architecture and a special atmosphere of independence. During Karl and Daan’s Gay City Weekend Rotterdam the gay couple traveled around the beautiful mix of architecture, water and nature atmosphere of the Major Port city of Europe. From the 5-Star Mainport Hotel Rotterdam the tour went over water with several boat trips, extraordinary good food, an inspirational visit to the Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, an Escape Room and a lively gay nightlife. SWEDEN: We stayed in a gay couple owned and operated farm hotel with southern Swedish. Janne and Peter converted the historic cottage and buildings into a quaint hotel and restaurant.
SWEDEN: Kivik with its small harbor is a perfect place to do long walks, drink some local cider and try freshly caught seafood. But Kivik is even more, home to an exceptional person of the LGBTQ+ community.
SWEDEN: The second-biggest city of Scania (Skåne), Helsingborg, is known for its beautiful old town, the ferry connection over the Öresund to Denmark and is, in fact, an important industrial location.
