Our bucket list adventure with Tinggly – Gift an experience and create memories for a lifetime, that is the idea behind the world’s first global experience gift company. We live in a world and time where a lot of us have enough stuff so instead of gifting another fancy bottle of wine or a set of decorative candles, why not gift a gay-friendly experience? A voucher for one of the Tinggly Experience Gift Boxes gives you the freedom to choose from hundreds of jaw-dropping, knee-weakening or mouth-watering experiences all around the world. Also, it might be one of the easiest gifts to give but you can be sure that your best LGBTQ+ friend, sister, husband or lover will choose their favorite experience which they will remember for the rest of their lives…

Finding Dinosaurs at Royal Tyrrell Museum Palaeontology Drumheller Alberta Canada – Visiting a Dinosaur museum was not the first thing that came to our mind when thinking of traveling the Canadian Rocky Mountains in Alberta. But it was a great unexpected adventure doing a one-day road trip to the small town Drumheller, about 1,5 hours North-East of Calgary. The whole area of Red Deer River Valley is dedicated to the discoveries of a huge amount of dinosaurs skeletons and fossils throughout the so-called Dinosaur Valley. Starting with our explorations of the28 km long valley of Dinosaurs, we visited the exhibits at Royal Tyrrell Museum of Paleontology.
The Telus Spark Calgary Star Trek Academy Experience – There is always time for a Star Trek Day, at least for us Trekkies. And so we made sure to visit the Science Museum Telus Spark in Calgary for its Star Trek The Starfleet Academy Experience and day full of fun with Mister Spock, Captain Kirk, Captain Picard and Kathryn Janeway. Entering a perfectly themed world, we completed a phaser training, improved our Klingon knowledge with language lessons and tried to pass the Kobayashi Maru test. But there was more to see! The museum complex just 5 minutes by car north of Calgary Zoo opened in 2011 and is since then a place for interactive exhibits, multimedia presentations and educational demonstrations in Calgary, Alberta, and Canada. Right before our 2-week Road Trip through the Canadian Rocky Mountains of Alberta, we spend some adventurous days exploring Canada’s third-largest municipality and the surroundings sights. The exhibition around the Federation of Planets at Telus Spark is still open until May 4th. Enjoy our photos and story of our Star Trek experience and see the Canadian Science Museum Telus Spark through a couple of men’s eyes!
